Ingredients List
- 3 tb Cornstarch
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 c Beet liquid
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tb Butter or margerine
- 3 c Beets, cooked or can, sliced
Directions
1. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt; blend in beet liquid, vinegar, and
butter. 2. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until
