Healthy Breakfast Cookies

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups quick oats (or use old fashioned oats but put them in a food processor for a few seconds)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter (other nut butter could be used)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave be nectar
  • 1/4 cup apple butter
  • 1 large banana, mashed (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional)


The directions are super easy. Just preheat your oven to 325, mix ALL ingredients together, place large balls of dough in a greased cookie sheet, and bake for 16 minutes.
