Healthy Mac and Cheese with greek yogurt

Ingredients List
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- 100g whole wheat macaroni
- 1/2 cup onion-garlic puree
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup wholegrain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius, and lightly brush a baking dish with the oil.
2) Bring a large pan of water to the boil, and add the macaroni according to the cooking instructions.
3) Meanwhile, bring the garlic puree, mustard and cayenne together and simmer in a small saucepan over a medium head. Whisk in the grated cheddar until it”™s melted, and then remove from the heat and stir in the yoghurt.
4) When the pasta is cooked, drain and stir in the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and pour the mix into the baking dish.
5) Sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan over the top and bake until the parmesan is melted and the macaroni is hot all the way through.
6) Voila! Enjoy!
