Helen's Cabbage Slaw

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Head cabbage; shredded
  • 2 tb (heaping) granulated sugar
  • 2 tb (heaping) vinegar
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise

 Directions

Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved; add mayonnaise to mixture.
Toss cabbage with dressing. Sprinkle poppy seeds or celery seeds to taste
if desired. Serves 6.
