Herb and Sesame Broccoli

 Ingredients List

  • 1 bn Broccoli (about 1 pound)
  • 1 ts Dried basil
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Sesame or olive oil
  • 2 ts Sesame seeds
  • Pepper


Divide broccoli into florets; slice stalks thinly on the diagonal. Place in
steamer set over boiling water; sprinkle with basil and salt. Cover and
steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
