Herb-Smoked Potatoes

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1/4 ts Liquid smoke
  • 16 Red new potatoes,
  • -cut in half
  • 1 tb Rosemary, minced
  • Black pepper
  • -to taste


Combine the oil and liquid smoke. Add to the potatoes with the pepper and
rosemary. Stir until potatoes are well coated. Wrap the potatoes in foil
and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven 25
minutes, or until tender. Serve warm or at room temperature.
