Herbed Salisbury Steaks

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tb Dehydrated vegetable flakes,
  • (onions,carrots,tomatoes,
  • -celery,and/or bell peppers)
  • 1/2 ts Dry mustard
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 c Garlic and herb marinade/
  • -sauce (8.9 to 12 oz.jar)
  • 1 Jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced
  • -mushrooms, drained


In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard,
and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about
1/2 inch thick.

Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over
medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on
each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.
