Herbed Salisbury Steaks
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 2 tb Dehydrated vegetable flakes,
- (onions,carrots,tomatoes,
- -celery,and/or bell peppers)
- 1/2 ts Dry mustard
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Garlic and herb marinade/
- -sauce (8.9 to 12 oz.jar)
- 1 Jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced
- -mushrooms, drained
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard,
and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about
1/2 inch thick.
Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over
medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on
each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.
