Herbed Yogurt Bread

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 1/2 ts Canola oil
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • 1/2 ts Oregano
  • 1 ts Basil
  • 1/2 ts Dried mint flakes
  • 1 tb Wheat bran
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Yeast

 Directions

Place all ingredients into bread machine in order given. Bake on rapid
cycle with light crust.

NOTES : This is a light, tangy loaf. Great toasted!
