  • 4 Bay Leaves, finely crumbled
  • 2 tb Basil, dried
  • 2 tb Rosemary, dried
  • 2 tb Thyme, dried
  • 1/4 ts Coriander
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/4 ts Savory
  • 1/4 ts Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 ts White Pepper


Combine seasonings in a blender of food processor and whirl until well
blended. Yield about 4 oz.
