Hershey's Reduced Fat Brownies

Ingredients List
- 6 tb 50-60% vegetable oil spread
- 1 c Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S
- -Dutch Processed Cocoa
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 2 Egg whites; slightly beaten
- 1/2 c All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c Finely chopped walnuts
- Powdered sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 350¡F. Lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable
cooking spray. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt spread. Add
granulated sugar; stir until blended. Remove from heat; stir in cocoa and
vanilla. Add egg whites; stir to blend. Stir in flour and walnuts. Spread
batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away
from sides of pan. Cool completely. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into
bars. 16 brownies.
