Hickory Smoked Shrimp

 Ingredients List

  • 4 tb Butter; melted
  • 3 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Lemon; juice only
  • 42 Shrimp (26-30 count); peeled
  • -& deveined; with tails on
  • Parsley sprigs & lemon
  • -wedges for garnish

 Directions

Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce & lemon juice. Dab sauce on shrimp
& arrange on broiler pan. Broil 6-8 minutes, just until done. Serve 7 on
each plate garnished with a sprig of parsley & a lemon wedge.
