High Fiber Cinnamon Pecan Granola

Ingredients List
- 1½ cups pecans
- 1½ cups fiber one original cereal
- 1½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons oil
- â…“ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine pecans, fiber one cereal, and oats. Whisk to combine. Add remaining ingredients (except for dried cranberries) and stir to combine and coat all ingredients. Spread mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
4. Break up the granola. Mix in the dried cranberries. Store in airtight container up to 3 weeks. Enjoy!
