  • 1 lb Beef round; lean -- trimmed
  • Of
  • Fat -- ground
  • 1 c High protein cereal
  • 1/2 c Skim milk
  • 1 Egg -- lightly beaten
  • 2 ts Instant beef bouillon -- opt
  • 2 tb Instant minced onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

 Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill 4"
from heat about 5 minutes on each side or until done as desired. Per
