Home on the Range Tuna Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Water-packed Tuna, drained
  • - and flaked
  • 1 c Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled &
  • - chopped
  • 1/4 c Chopped celery
  • 1/4 c Chopped green onion
  • 2 tb Chopped parsley
  • 1 ts Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 c Diet mayonaise (4 tbs)


1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or
sandwich filling. 2. May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
