  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 packet Starbucks VIA¬© Ready Brew Coffee or 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 10 drops liquid stevia extract
  • 1/4 tsp caramel flavour
  • Lightly sweetened whipped cream for topping


In a high-powered blender, combine ice, almond milk, whipping cream, coffee, stevia extract, and caramel flavor.
Blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream.
