Homemade Italian Sausage

Ingredients List
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 tablespoons ice water
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Add the ice water and mix until thoroughly combined. Add the mixture to the pork and work it in using your hands.
Use as bulk or stuff into casings.
Form the sausage into thin patties, meatballs, sausage logs or cook as crumbles. You can also add an egg and breadcrumbs to make regular sausage patties.
Cook over medium heat until the sausage is cooked through and there is no pink remaining. DO NOT OVERCOOK or the meat will be very dry and not tasty at all.
