Homemade Lemon Pie Filling Mix

 Ingredients List

  • 2 1/2 c Lemonade powder --
  • Presweetened
  • 1 c Cornstarch -- PLUS
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 c Sugar -- or more to taste
  • 1 ts Salt

 Directions

In a medium bowl, combine lemonade powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Mix
well. Put in a 1-qt airtight container. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4-6 months.

Makes about 4 1/4 c of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
