Homemade Meatball Mix

 Ingredients List

  • 4 lb Lean ground beef
  • 2 Eggs -- slightly beaten
  • 1 c Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 tb Salt -- or to taste
  • 1 ts Pepper
  • 2 c Milk


Preheat oven to 375ø. Combine all ingredients; blend well. Shape mixture
int 1 1/2" balls. Place meatballs on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for
25-30 minutes, until browned. Remove meatballs from baking sheets and drain
well on paper towels. Cool completely. Divide meatballs into four
portions. Place each portion in a 1-quart freezer container, leaving 1/2"
space at the top. Seal; label with date and contents. Freeze. U

Makes approximately 80 meatballs.
