Homemade Vegan Eggnog

Ingredients List
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight then drained
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 4 medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 4 ounces of bourbon (optional)
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, for about 1 minute.
Taste and adjust any flavouring if needed.
Transfer to the fridge for an hour to chill before serving.
