Homemade Vegan Eggnog

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight then drained
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 ounces of bourbon (optional)


Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, for about 1 minute.
Taste and adjust any flavouring if needed.

Transfer to the fridge for an hour to chill before serving.
