Honey Dijon-Style Mustard
Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Honey
- 1/3 c Mustard seed
- 1/3 c White wine vinegar
- 1/4 c Dry mustard
- 1/2 ts Dried thyme, crushed
- 1/2 ts Dried tarragon, crushed
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
In a blender container combine all ingredients. Cover and process about 2
minutes or till seeds are ground. Transfer to a clean jar. Store, covered,
in the refrigerator for 2 weeks to mellow flavors. use within one year.
Makes about 1 cup.
