Honeydew Melon Smoothie

  • 2 cups honeydew, cut into 1-inch chunks and frozen
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach (you can add up to ½ cup more if you wish)
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups skim milk, plus more if needed


Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Add additional milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
