Horseradish-Crusted Rockfish

 Ingredients List

  • 4 Rockfish fillet
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tb Horseradish
  • 1 tb Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 ts Minced garlic
  • 1 Anchovy fillets; optional
  • 1 pn White pepper
  • Flour; to coat

 Directions

Blend mayonnaise, horseradish, bread crumbs, garlic, anchovy and pepper in
a food processor. Dredge rockfish in flour then coat with horseradish
mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes
easily with a fork. Serve with Dill-Dijon Butter.
