  • 3 c Vegetable stock
  • 1 ts Nam Prik Pow sauce
  • 1 Inch lemon grass (chopped
  • -into rings)
  • 3 Kaffir lime leaves (torn in
  • -three)
  • 2 tb Light soy sauce
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 2/3 c Oyster mushrooms
  • 2 Fresh small chilies (up to
  • -3)


Coriander leaves

Boil stock, stir in Nam Prik Pow. Then add remaining ingredients and
simmer. Garnish soup with coriaaining ingredients and simmer. Garnish soup
with coriander leaves.
