Hot And Spicy Marinated Vegetables

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Fresh cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 c Fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c Thinly sliced yellow squash
  • 1/4 c Thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 c Diagonally sliced carrot
  • 1/4 c White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Garlic powder
  • 3/4 ts Chili oil
  • 1/2 ts Vegetable oil


Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Combine rest of ingredients; stir
well. Pour over vegetable; tossgently to coat. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator at least 8 hours, tossing occasionally. Serve with a slotted
spoon. 1/2 c. serving = 30 cal 1.5 g fat
