Hot Cheesy Corn Dip Recipe

Ingredients List
- 2 11 oz. cans of canned corn, drained
- 2 4.5 oz. cans of diced mild green chilies
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced small
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 2 C Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
- 2/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- pinch of salt
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl combine, corn, chilies, cheeses, mayo, and salt.
3. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan
4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
5. Top with chopped tomato and green onions.
6. Serve with tortilla chips.
