Hot Sausage-Bean Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Tennessee Pride┬« country
  • -sausage
  • 1 cn (16 oz) pork and beans in
  • -tomato sauce
  • 2 oz Sharp process American
  • -cheese, shredded
  • 2 tb Ketchup
  • 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
  • 2 dr Tabasco┬« sauce; or more to
  • -taste

 Directions

Cook sausage in a skillet until it loses its pink color; stir to break up
sausage and drain off fat. In a blender combine sausage iwth beans,
shredded cheese, ketchup, mustard and Tabasco; blend until smooth, stopping
occasionally to scrape down sides. Return to skillet. Heat. Serve with corn
chips or assorted crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
