Hot Seafood Salad
Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Mayonnise or Low Calorie
- Mayonnaise
- Pepper -- to taste
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tb Chopped green bell pepper
- 1 sm Onion -- chopped
- 1 c Celery -- finely chopd
- 1 c Crabmeat
- 1 c Shrimp, cleaned and
- Deveined
- 2 Hard cooked eggs -- cut up
- 1 c Fine soft bread crumbs --
- Divided
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together. Fold in green
pepper, onion, celery, crab and shrimp. Add egg and 3/4 cup soft bread
crumbs. Pour into greased casserole. Top with rest of buttered crumbs. Bake
at 350 F. for 30 minutes until hot and top is browned.
