Hot Seafood Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Mayonnise or Low Calorie
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tb Chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 sm Onion -- chopped
  • 1 c Celery -- finely chopd
  • 1 c Crabmeat
  • 1 c Shrimp, cleaned and
  • Deveined
  • 2 Hard cooked eggs -- cut up
  • 1 c Fine soft bread crumbs --
  • Divided


Mix mayonnaise, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together. Fold in green
pepper, onion, celery, crab and shrimp. Add egg and 3/4 cup soft bread
crumbs. Pour into greased casserole. Top with rest of buttered crumbs. Bake
at 350 F. for 30 minutes until hot and top is browned.
