Hough Kidney Soup
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Beef shank meat
- 1/2 lb Beef kidney
- 184 g Quick-cooking barley
- 4 Beef bouillon cubes; (4 to
- -6)
- 3 1/2 pt Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pot.
Bring to a rolling boil on high heat.
Turn heat to low, simmer for 2 hours.
Cool, blenderize until smooth.
Reheat and serve.
