Hsin-Min Shrimp
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Shrimp, raw
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 1/2 c Sherry
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 c Peanut oil
Directions
Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and
refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each
side.
