 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Cooked or canned garbanzo
  • -beans (chickpeas)
  • 1/2 c Tahini (sesame butter)
  • Cayene or hab powder to
  • -taste
  • 3 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Plain yogurt

 Directions

PART B
1 tb Sliced green onions
1/4 Tsp. ground cumin (up to
-1/2)
2 Cloves garlic, quartered,
or-
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
Freshly ground pepper to
-taste
2 tb Finely minced parsley

In blender, combine part A. Cover. Blend part B ingredients until smooth,
scraping down blender sides as needed: Blend until well combined.
Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. to meld the flavors.
