 Ingredients List

  • 1 Drained rinsed can garbanzo
  • Beans
  • 3 5 cloves of garlic depending
  • On how you feel
  • 1/4 To 1/2 cup onion or green or
  • Red pepper
  • x Juice from a whole lemon or
  • Lime
  • 1 Dribble of sesame oil (leave
  • Out/in at your own risk!!)
  • x Fresh cilantro to taste
  • x Another twist = fresh ground
  • Cumin

 Directions

place the above in a food processor and blend until nearly smooth

spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better = place slices of fresh
tomatoes in pitas and fresh ground pepper along with spread of hummus
