 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/4 lb Turkey thigh -- frozen
  • Defrost
  • Skin, debone -- cut into
  • 1/4 "
  • 2 c Onions -- cut into strips
  • 2 Green peppers -- cut in
  • Strips
  • 1 Red bell pepper -- cut in
  • Strip
  • 2 Tomatoes; peeled -- diced
  • 1 c -- water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Simmer, covered, 35 minutes or
until meat is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
