- Skin, debone -- cut into

- 2 Green peppers -- cut in

- 1 Red bell pepper -- cut in

- 2 Tomatoes; peeled -- diced
- 1 c -- water
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Simmer, covered, 35 minutes or
until meat is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
