Icy Hot Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 c Low-fat chocolate milk
  • 1 Chiquita banana
  • 1 c Skim milk
  • 2 lg Scoops vanilla ice milk or
  • Frozen yogurt
  • 1 ts Vanilla


Heat chocolate milk in microwave or on top of stove. Make the banana
milkshake by combining remaining ingredients in a blender and processing
for 10-20 seconds. Prepare the drink by layering hot chocolate and the
milkshake in a mug. Enjoy immediately. Makes 2 servings.
