Indian Potatoes

 Ingredients List

  • 450 g 1 lb potatoes scrubbed and
  • Chopped into small pieces.
  • 1 Cauliflower chopped into
  • sm Florets.
  • 10 ml 2 tsp oil
  • 5 ml 1 tsp turmeric.
  • 25 ml 0,5 tsp cumin seeds.
  • Ground black pepper.
  • 100 g 3,5 oz mushrooms.


Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower and cook for
a further 4 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a wok and then add the spices. Cook
for about one minute and then add the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or so
until the vegetables are tender.
