Iranian Shish Kebab

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Lamb
  • 1 c Olive oil
  • 1/3 c Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 ts Thyme
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 c Yogurt
  • 1/2 Eggplant
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Onions

 Directions

Cut lamb in cubes and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme,
salt, pepper, and yogurt for 2 to 24 hours. Alternate on skewers
eggplant, green pepper, and onions. Cook rare.
