Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 lb Lamb
- 1 c Olive oil
- 1/3 c Lemon juice
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 ts Thyme
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Pepper
- 1/2 c Yogurt
- 1/2 Eggplant
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Onions
Directions
Cut lamb in cubes and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme,
salt, pepper, and yogurt for 2 to 24 hours. Alternate on skewers
eggplant, green pepper, and onions. Cook rare.
