Irish Cream Mocha Latte Magic Bars

  • For the crust:
  • 3 cups crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 oz. dark chocolate, melted
  • For the bars:
  • 1 cup espresso chips
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup broken pretzels
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter, melted
  • Chocolate and caramel syrup
  • 3/4 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup toasted almonds
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur (such as Bailey's)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • For the top: melted chocolate (optional)

 Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, melted butter and melted chocolate until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Sprinkle the crust with the oats and chips, then drizzle with almond butter, chocolate and caramel syrup. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts on top, then the almonds. Stir the liqueur and vanilla into the condensed milk in a bowl, then drizzle the bars all over with the sweetened condensed milk mixture.

Bake at 350 F. for about 25 minutes or until the bars are set.
Let cool completely, then cut into small bars. If desired, drizzle each bar with melted chocolate.
