  • 3 cups crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 oz. dark chocolate, melted
  • For the bars:
  • 1 cup espresso chips
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup broken pretzels
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter, melted
  • Chocolate and caramel syrup
  • 3/4 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup toasted almonds
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur (such as Bailey's)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • For the top: melted chocolate (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, melted butter and melted chocolate until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Let cool completely, then cut into small bars. If desired, drizzle each bar with melted chocolate.
