Irish's Cream Liqueur

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/3 c Evaporated milk
  • 1/2 ts Chocolate syrup
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1/3 ts Lemon ext
  • 1/4 ts Instant coffee
  • 1 3/4 c Irish whiskey


Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in
frig at least one week before serving. We found this best after 1 to 2
weeks. Store in frig. liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from
frig an hour or two before serving.

Use within 6 months.
