Island Fruit Punch

 Ingredients List

  • 2 1/4 c Orange juice
  • 1 c Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c Light rum
  • 1/4 c Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tb Grenadine syrup


Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher; stir well, and chill. Fill 4
glasses with orange juice mixture. Slowly pour 1-1/2 teaspoons grenadine
syrup down inside of each glass (do not stir before serving). Yield: 4 cups
(serving size: 1 cup).

Per serving: 188 Calories; 0g Fat (2% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 30g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 7mg Sodium

NOTES : For a nonalcoholic punch, omit rum, and use 2-1/2 cups orange juice
and 1-1/4 cups pineapple juice.
