Italian Black Beans and Rice

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Onion ;chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves ; minced
  • 19 oz Black Beans ; undrained
  • 1/2 c Cooked ham ; cubed (I leave
  • ;out the meat)
  • 3/4 ts Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 5 dr Hot Pepper Sauce;3-5 drops
  • 2 c Rice ;cooked

 Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and
garlic, cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stil in all remeaining
ingrediants except rice.

Simmer, cover 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
