Italian Meat Loaf

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cn (8 oz) pizza sauce
  • 3/4 c (3 oz.) Velveeta Shredded
  • Pasteurized Process Cheese
  • Food
  • 3/4 c Old fashioned or quick
  • Oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 c Cold water
  • 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves,crushed


In a large bowl,combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the sauce; mix
lightly.Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for
1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
