Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches

  • Slow Cooker Italian Roast Beef shredded (or shredded roast beef mixed with pasta sauce)
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 4 large slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or marble jack
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • Oregano

 Directions

Heat the Italian shredded beef in the microwave until hot.
Preheat the broiler.
Cut the sub rolls and layer with mozzarella cheese slices, hot Italian shredded beef, extra pasta sauce (optional) and shredded cheese. Top with a sprinkle of oregano.
Place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
