Italian Sausage- Ala Gimme Lean

  • 1 lb Gimme Lean
  • 1 ts Onion powder
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 1 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 ts Fennel seed, crushed
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • Hot pepper flakes to taste


Mix well and roll into "sausage" shaped rolls. Bake 350 deg. for 15 minutes
on Pam-sprayed greased pan. Flip and bake 15 more.

Cook in sauce 1/2 hour if making for spaghetti or sandwiches.

I DARE you to tell me this doesn't taste like the real thing! This is so
much like real sausage, I can't believe it!
