 Ingredients List

  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Black pepper
  • 4 ts Fennel seeds
  • 4 ts Oregano
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 8 lb Pork shoulder


Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and
toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
