Jack Daniel's Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour+3 teaspoons of baking powder+1/2 tsp of salt OR 2 1/2 cups of a baking mix. I use the lowcarb alternative Tova Carbquik Low Carb Bake Mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 sticks of butter or alternative
  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar or alternative (you can go 50/50 with brown sugar as well)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 12 ounce package of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts- this is optional, I use a mix of nuts such as walnuts and pecans.
  • A shot of Jack Daniel”™s Whiskey (apprx 30 ml or 1.5 oz)


1. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your pans for nonstick
2. If not already combined, combine your dry items-except for your sugar- in a bowl and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine your butter, sugar, Jack and eggs and mix until creamy.
4. Slowly add your dry ingredients to the mix and as you continue to stir.
5. Once your dry ingredients are somewhat mixed in, you can add your chips and your nuts. This is preferably done by folding them in rather than mixing them in hard.
6. Bake your cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they reach your desired look.
