Jambalaya Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 3/4 c Salad dressing
  • 1/2 c Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 ts Thyme
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 c Rice, cooked
  • 6 oz Shrimp, tiny, cooked
  • 6 Bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1/2 c Celery, sliced
  • 1/4 c Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 ts Pepper, red, ground
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 c Ham, cubed
  • 1 c Tomato, chopped

 Directions

Combine first eight ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except bacon.
Chill and add bacon just before serving.
