 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Unpopped AM Popcorn
  • 4 c AM Oat Flakes
  • 1 c AM Wheat Flakes
  • 1 c AM Barley Flakes
  • 2 c AM Cracked Wheat
  • -OR- 7 Grain Cereal
  • 2 c Coconut (optional)
  • 1 c AM Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 c Peanuts
  • 1 c AM Sesame Seeds
  • -- (Mechanically Hulled)
  • 1 c -to...
  • 2 c Honey or other sweetener
  • 1/2 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tb Mapleine or vanilla
  • -OR- other flavor


1 c Raisins
1 c Dates, chopped
1 c Dried apricots, chopped
1/2 c Dried pineapple, chopped
1/2 c Dried papaya, chopped
1 c Almonds, chopped
1 c Pecans, chopped
1 pk Banana chips

Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and
flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients.
Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15
minutes. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
