Joyce's Curry White Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 sm Oignon (optional)
  • 1 tb Flour
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1/4 ts Curry (optional to taste)


Melt butter over medium heat and add oignon. Cook until oignon is soft.
Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt & pepper. Cook
mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
