Julienne of Carrots and Snow Peas

Ingredients List
- 2 md Carrots, cut into
- -matchstick julienne
- 1 oz Snow peas, cut into
- -matchstick julienne
- -Freshly ground pepper
- 3 c Water
- 1 ts Oriental sesame oil
- 1 tb Minced green onion
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- -Salt
Directions
Bring water to simmer in medium saucepan. Add carrots and cook 4 minutes.
Stir in peas and cook 2 minutes. Drain vegetables. Rinse under cold water;
drain thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Add carrots, peas, onion and garlic and stir-fry 1 minute. Season with salt
