 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c ZWIEBACK COOKIES, crushed
  • 1/3 c SUGAR
  • 1/3 c BUTTER, melted
  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees

  • Blend all ingredients
  • -together. Press firmly on

  • Up sides halfway of a 9-inch
  • -springform pan.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool.

  • 2 Envelopes UNFLAVORED GELATIN
  • 1/2 c KAHLUA
  • 1/2 c WATER
  • 3 EGGS, separated
  • 1/4 c SUGAR
  • 1/8 ts SALT
  • 16 oz CREAM CHEESE, softened
  • 1 c WHIPPING CREAM
