Kale Recipe

  • kale
  • coconut milk
  • smoked paprika
  • cayenne
  • salt and pepper to taste


I have just found a nice recipe for kale.

It's basically marinated in coconut milk, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper for at least 4 hours.

Then it's grilled. The recipe says to grill about a minute each side but I think it depends on your kale. When I made it yesterday, I left it on for much longer. I'll be making it again in a couple of days with a more tender kale and will probably only grill it about a minute on each side. I used medium/medium-high heat. Just let the kale brown a bit on the edges before removing. The kale was perfectly moist, but seared, almost like blanched but still to the tooth.

The end result is really nice and smoky tasting.

I love, love, love it and my husband and kids who hate all veggies loved it, too!!!
